I am now Rank 3 and I can spam an elk head. oh yeah and I won HALL OF HEROES today :P but I didn't get anything from it and then we lost to koreans.

rank is obtained by getting fame. You get fame by winning matches in tombs. The more fame = more rank.

That used to be the only way to get one, because people would camp the NPC's that sold em and buy them out.
