Got to wondering around the Shadowlands and found another dungeon. The NPCs were levels 50-60, most were grey for my 68 Keeper but there were enough greens to make the trip down worth while. However, there was a "thing" at the bottom of the dungeon that was green but took me four attempts to kill it. I kept having to run from it and come back. The loot however was awesome, I filled four backpacks and my inventory and took in 290,000 credits once I sold it all. Check out some screens I got.

Sounds a bit like the NPC (forgotten his name) who occaisionally spawns outside the entrance to the first of the infector's in subway. He's green but there was no way I was going to kill him solo, even tho I was on my tank.

I know who you mean but he dosnt spawn there he spawns a lot further in but loads of noobs end up pulling him then running away so you find him a lot higher up. Ive killed him 1v1 once by dimach, brawling, and controlled destruction. Hes tough though30-40 a hit hits almost everytime no matter what your evades are on.
