I've done this myself a couple of times with Hola :)
The anime selection we have on Netflix UK (guessing it's the same for EU?) is pretty poor. It's better than it used to be, as we now have titles like Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood & Psycho Pass but it's still extremely limited. Whereas the US have stuff like Welcome to the NHK, the original FMA and Samurai Champloo too.

The downside being that 99% of the time I watch Netflix in bed via the app on my PS4. As such I can't trick that into giving me access to the US catalogue like I can on my PC. That being said, I usually find something to watch all the same heh.

Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Aye it can be. Got any alternatives you'd recommend? :)

Not really unless you're willing to pay a monthly fee for a private VPN service that puts you on a fat pipe.

just watched psycho pass, finished full metal alchemist last week. The thing is that in Belgium, we only get content that has either French or Dutch subs. Which is a damn shame. In the UK you probable get a lot of the Us content since they already got all that stuff subbed in English.

Guess I'm running out of anime to watch on Netflix :p.

 Let's see what their listings look like again...
  • Welcome to the NHK
  • Death Note
  • Fate/Zero
  • Attack on Titan
  • Ghost in the Shell Arise
I'd recommend these ones if there are some you haven't seen yet. Blue Exorcist, Deadman Wonderland & My Little Monster are worth a look too but I'd list them after the above personally. You may have seen some of them considering most of em have been hugely popular but I'll list them anyway just incase. Death Note was one of the first shows I ever watched and even though I've seen a ton of anime since I'd still list it as a favourite of mine. Really great stuff, had me on the edge of my seat throughout.
  • Samurai Champloo
  • Eureka Seven
  • Soul Eater
  • Gurren Lagann
  • Kill la Kill (Very similar show to Gurren Lagann I hear, and from the same people)
Always heard good things about these as well but I've yet to watch them myself. Samurai Champloo is from Watanabe (Cowboy Bebop, Sakamichi no Apollon etc) so I really need to see that one in particular. My brother has seen all but Kill la Kill and spoke very highly of em when he'd seen em :)

Something you'd recommend?. I see it only aired last year but it wasn't one of the weekly shows I picked up.

I liked it, gave it a three or four star on Netflix. The fact that I went trough it in such a short time should say enough. On the other hand, I always seem to go trough anime fast. :thumb:

Have you guys used Plex? I use it as both a media server and to get around things like this.
Not sure how well it works overseas, but here it helps me tremendously and the app is built in to most Samsung/LG tv's.
There is also an app for Roku and PS3/4.
