Alright, since we are nearing a point where a fair amount of our players are topping out to the end of their leveling, I figure it might be time we start organizing weekend shin-digs. And by shin-diigs, I meant pvp and instance raids, BRD, UBRS and LBRS, W/E Strat, Scholo, MC, DM, anything really.

Of course I know everyone has their own schedule to meet, but it would be nice to plan things out ahead of time so we can make some free time eh? I know this weekend im gone for a speech and debate tournament (and im out of time till later this evening or friday).

Alright then. Post back on how you guys feel about it, and any other suggestions etc. We could organize raids around completeing item sets for people (I.E.: Warlocks - Dreadmist Paladins - LightForge etc) or quests. Thanks guys.

Rap,

I think it's an great idea...no doubts about it....at this point i think we have enough lvl 57-60 to do 5-10 man raids ......only problem i see, is that not everyone that's on our server comes and check everyday....so we need to ask jeri to post it in the msg board when u log into wow.....other then that....i am up for instances on weekends....weekdays are tougher cause people have to work and stuff...

:P

by the way, as of brd last nite...don't worry about it...we will get everyone the key ......we aren't big enough to do it as a guild yet so we still got time to get it.....i will have to run it at least 3 times for all my lvl 60s so if we need a rogue, hunter or mage, i can hope on as one of them....depends on what the guild needs...u know...

I think we need to start a list of primary needed areas for our classes and/or professions. We all need all of the instances for armor/keys, however those can be done in pick-up raid groups as well. The things I'm referring to are those that require you to go in 5-man groups due to quests, etc. since there's a lot of coordination and patience needed to complete some of these as a 5-man that you don't typically get in a pick-up group. Here are the ones I know of so far:

BRD - Onyxia key - I know at least 5 of us are up to the point of jailbreak, need to get the rest up there and complete that.

DM - Needed for mages lvl 55 water and part of pally epic quest. - Dolly, Jonisrahl, and pretty soon BabyDolly.

Scholo - needed for pally epic once Jonis gets to that point - Jonisrahl

EStrat - needed for master swordsmith quest - Magdalena

My memory isn't perfect so if there's something/someone I missed, please add it to the list.

Well, it looks like we crossed off some of that list the last week or so.....

We finished these :
DM - Needed for mages lvl 55 water and part of pally epic quest. - Dolly, Jonisrahl, and BabyDolly.

Scholo - needed for pally epic once Jonis gets to that point - Jonisrahl

EStrat - needed for master swordsmith quest - Magdalena

we all need to do Oxy key and we all need to get attunement done also......it's only a matter to setting up a time that everyone can do it at once....if not at least have close to 10 people to do attunement.....as for oxy key, that's the tough one.....

:)

To be honest, the BRD quests can be done in random party's. Seeing as everyone can take a piece of "Core". (10-men raid))

The Escort quest can be done in random parties too.

The UBRS party is best done in Guild parties. Although many people already have the Drakki-blood or don't have the quest yet (which means 2 drakki blood is mostly enough), UBRS is done best in guildraid.

I'll help where-ever I can however :)

yea we didn't know u could do it in a 10 men raid until some of us finished it this past weekend....that's why we probably will make a 10 man guild run and do it...why not, everyone attune all at once....besides, i have enough alts to go more then once....

:)

thanks for the suggestions guys.....

Things are deffinitely going great on the Mannoroth server right now. People are well on their way to completing blue sets and almost everyone attuned. We are working on joining an alliance with a fellow Mannoroth guild for MC and BWL runs until we are large enough to do guild-only runs of the latter.

sounds nice, you might not wanna go to BWL til you have some MC gear and are capable of downing ragnaros though.....first two bosses in BWL > Rag :I

Good to see the US group are gettin along good as well. ;)

The SSX on Bladefist have just started on our Ragnaros attempts, we've cleared Luci to Domo with no probs, just raggie left. We tried Onyxia on thursday for the first time but it didn't go too well (some pics of us fighting Onyxia here), gonna try her again this coming thursday. :)

GL with your raids guys. :thumb:

It's nice to see some of our group from mannoroth up here and posting finally, need to keep some life up here. With the knowledge we'll likely end up joining with the two other guilds for bigger runs, maybe we should start planning some meet and greet runs so we can get to know them? Maybe set up some UBRS mixers or something? If we want to we can use the UI Trix modified to work out the scheduling, as I believe it can be used to set up a new channel all three could use. Just some thoughts to put out on the table, especially since I know the later events are more likely to go smoothly if we get to know each other on a more personal level...

I Finally finished my dreadmist set the other night and got a great new 2H staff so I have nothing to do now except Arathi Basin and helping guildies with their pre-MC sets :D Might check out questing in Silithus soon. Seems pretty interesting.

Jonisrahl hasn't been able to get ahold of the Swords and Staves guild master yet, I don't think. He never seems to be online. But soon as we can get ahold of him we can get this jammy going.
