It's correct mostly i don't know how often they clean out guilds but a lot of the guild in the middle no longer exist now so the list is shorter. It will also add points to guilds where only a few members have gone to something so pugs counts toward the guild. In the world Manno is a pretty poor PVE realm. I blame blizzard for chasing the big guilds out with the realm queue of 30 minutes a few years back. i think something like the first 15 top guilds are EU with like 3 or 4 US. But it just means theres other stuff to do in the US????
