Oh, just for my new, OP baby lock (she's testing out Outland, now...did you know lvl 59 warlocks can kill ?? shammies? Or is that just my Wynnie?)
Alan used to melt faces for us with Zep...so he's handing over his trade secrets to the up-and-comer...hehe.

You're much better off with something that can be used under-fire (meaning: fel concentration or intensity) for leveling/pvp, condusive specs with warlocks are fairly common..

For soloing is probably the best.
It's ok for PvP too, though I much prefer SL/SL if I'm going arenaing on my lock, the problem is that spec is so useless for anything else that I have to respec any time I wanna actually do some damage.
For raiding when your gear is near hit-cap absolutely nothing comes close to MD/Destro (read; http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IZfxzzIbzZEx0trozhhi which I probably wouldn't have mentioned but I actually have up on my firefox tabs already so teehee) which allows raid DPS up to and exceeding 2k ^^
Edit; If you're never soloing abuse some +spellhit gems/gear and use the bottom spec :P

Steph, my RL friend has a 70 lock... Well... let me put it this way... he doesnt die! He's in the best guild on horde side on his server, is the top dps(ive watched him raid) and has 1800+ arena teams. In pvp gear he has 13k health! Only thing is he respecs constantly for raiding and pvp, but he has two main specs. Next time i get the chance ill get him to do them up for me and ill send em your way, since your 70 now. Might be able to get him to make a good hybrid too!

Sounds like he's speccing between SL/SL and MD/Destro.
MD Destro with 16% spell hit, 25% crit and 1.2k SD = ~2.5k DPS

Well, I went SL/SL for arena 2v2 and 3v3. She's not on a 5v5 atm.
On another note, Lilleth is resto again (haven't really needed a MT for anything lately
), and that's working for me in 2s and 3s as well (still researching builds...I threw all my points in resto real quick before an Ahune run that needed a healer LOL...haven't bothered changing it yet).
