Licensed games. Yeah for the most part they suck. Badly. Most are just opportunities to cash in on a given movie property, but some are actually pretty good. Here are my top five all time favorites.

TIE Fighter - PC as in ooooold skool
This game had it all, a great story, great combat, great graphics (for its time), and it was a pretty awesome representation of the Star Wars universe from the side of an Imperial perspective. And the space physics weren't too shabby either.

Afro Samurai - Xbox 360, PS3
This is a really great game hands down. The music in and of itself was pretty fantastic, but the game play made it that much better. being able to dismember various foes at interesting angles made for some pretty unique situations. The story was also rather memorable. It follows both the anime and the manga pretty well with a few notable differences. Especially the ending. I thought it was quite well done to be honest.

Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay/ Dark Athena - Xbox 360, PS3, PC ?
Butcher Bay was pretty stellar back in the day, but the recent remake and add on is a much better experience in my opinion. This is a prequel story to give more background to Riddick, especially the part about the shine job on his eyes.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance - Xbox 360, (not sure if it was released for other systems)
As far as Marvel games go, there have been quite a few, and it would take me a year to list em all. Padishar and I can remember one X-Men game in particular on the PC back in the day. But this game is a goood ol fashioned beat em up. A good representation of characters and just plain fun good times with friends.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs Zeon - PS2
Best. Gundam. Game. Ever. I have yet to have seen a Gundam game to top this one all Gundam games since then have been rather bland. This has not only a campaign mode for OYW characters, but there is an extended mode so you can play as a Zeon grunt in the OYW. Ggood times all over the place.

Hmmmmm, the only I can think of now would be:

Golden Eye - N64 ---> Craaaazy! This game led up to become Perfect Dark which is the greatest 64 game ever.

WWF: No Mercy- N64 ---> I played this game for years. Then I bought a game shark and was able to mod the game which made it even better.

Matrix: Path of Neo - PS2 (Xbox? PC?) ---> This game was near the end of an era with me playing PS2. But this game was sooo fun.

Thats all I can think of now.
