8 PM Eastern on Sunday 10/7 will work best for me I think. There is a slim chance I may not be on at all this weekend but I am trying to make that go away.

I am in fencing class till 4:30 on Saturday, so later would be better for me if Saturday is the day. Otherwise, I'll bug Syro for a transcript :)

Thanks for the feedback.

After in-game discussions with folks, we need to meet on Saturday at 3 Central / 4 Eastern. Please attend if you can. We will create an in-game raid for the meeting.

I will post everything that we discuss at the meeting on the forums except for the knowledge transfer information and our market strategy.

We will probably want to schedule a follow-up meeting for next Wednesday or Thursday night. Do either of those nights work for folks who will not be able to attend on Saturday?

Great turn-out and great meeting. Thanks to everyone who attended.

The Reader's Regurgitated Version of the Meeting:
Welcomed new officers! We have the right people, at the right place, at the right time, for the new officer jobs. yay!

Game strategy and focus for the next 30-days includes crafting, farming, Epic Questing, and Helegrod!

We discussed the up and down trends of MMO's in relation to LOTRO atm. (We are on a positive playing trend until housing arrives at the end of October. It will diminish for a while again after everyone is bored with housing.)

Syro might have revealed some of his research and trade secrets, but only those who were there will ever know for sure. We will all deny that it was ever discussed if we are ever asked.

Everyone shared what they are currently doing atm in game for fun. It was very nice to hear from each person in a group setting! Thanks for sharing all.

To Do:

We all agreed that we still want to work toward Helegrod. To that end, Pale and Ozzy volunteered to work with Ardrake on coordinating some PUG raids for us. Yay team!

If anyone feels like I missed an important detail, then please add your comments here.
