Can anyone get in touch with him? If he doesn't want his nation, maybe Kahn or someone else could take it over for him. It would be a shame to let it lapse if someone can take it.

Yes, I sent him multiple PMs ingame a while back, around the time of the switch. I also sent him a PM here on the forums, which should have also sent him an email. He was just deleted today.
I don't know what's going on with him at the moment, but I hope it's nothing serious, and that he comes back soon.
