No FF or BDHR on that map? I know FF focused mainly on the NA League, but wasn't BDHR a Euro squad? And this obviously must have been before Gladiators popped up.

That was at the end of all things. When we took like 15 or 16 and forced God (Volition) to unlock the entire map one last time, we gave them all back. What happened after that, Gladiators or what not, that's up to you rookies to know.
