Curious for feedback. Considering picking one up. Also, if anyone has an invite code so I can kick the tires...

Check your PM box. Just sent you one :thumb:
Seems to have been very quite on the Firefall front just recently, typically right after I went and purchased a founders pack lol. I haven't played any of it myself just yet (was waiting for more content updates and specifically world pvp, or larger scale) so I can't offer any feedback. However assuming we'll have a group there when some of these updates arrive I'll still be up for some action then :)

[Edit: Actually I forgot that BD uploaded a vid with some footage of the bike a while back. Here it is.]

Cheers MS.
Jumped in for a few hours today to give the new machine a spin. Quite a good crowd on and ended up running with a squad for a couple of hours. Impressed enough that if the founder's packs are still available next payday I'll drop the cash. Odd thing seemed to happen. Joined with a guy for a bit, he asked my opinion of the game, thanked me, and a '10% experience bonus (forever!)' appeared on my toon. Dunno if the bonus was a fluke, a coincidence, or a gift.

He must have been a Commander :)
You may remember from the founder's pack page but each of the 3 founder levels receive permanent personal exp buffs ranging from 5% to 15%, however the Lieutenant & Commander ranks also give a 5 and 10% exp buff to all squad members as well. I'm guessing the guy you joined up with was a commander and you were receiving that buff from him whilst you were in the squad. I don't think you'll have that buff forever though, only if you were a founder yourself ;)

I think you'll be safe to buy a founder's pack next payday if you decide to get one but don't quote me on that. Not sure if they've decided on a set date to remove them from sale but I purchased mine back in Sep so they've been available for a while. Quite a bit longer than I expected them to be if I'm honest but I suppose that's a good thing even if the bike n stuff are common as muck atm. Allows more people to help support the game and all which can only be a good thing.

Sorry, can't offer you much feedback myself Oz as I didn't buy a Founders Pack. Going to wait until I start playing properly before I invest anything in the game :)

Glad to hear you had fun though. The game is a LOT of fun - I'm really hopeful for it :)
