You should always put the maximum taxes. 28%, Nothing that bad comes out of it. The positive is better then the negative.

I always reap with 28% taxes. I just liked seeing the hearts.

Best way to find your ideal tax rate is to set it to 10% and check your gross income per individual.
Then check it against this
0,00 - 10,00 16%
10,01 - 32,66 20%
32,67 - 50,80 23%
50,81 - 28%
So as long as its more than 50.81, 28% is your best.
Really only worth it lower for the first few days you start, after that it will always be high.
